Latino/a/x & Hispanic Heritage
Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month is a national celebration from September 15th - October 15th. What was once a week-long celebration in 1968, the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Week was expanded to a month-long celebration in 1988. The Office of Multicultural Student Engagement is excited to celebrate, honor, and appreciate the diverse contributions of Hispanic and Latinx communities to society.
