Heritage & Awareness

The Office of Multicultural Student Engagement (OMSE) recognizes and celebrates the rich diversity at Wayne State University through a variety of programming and events. OMSE hosts awareness weeks and months in honor of cultural history, identity, and traditions. Every event is open to all members of WSU to build community, understanding, and respect. The list below is not exhaustive and represents just some of the programs we have put on in the past! If you have an idea for a program, reach out (omse@wayne.edu).
